Disgusting service from Steers Columbine

Yesterday I placed an order with Steers Columbine at 17:45.I was told my order would take about an hour. I ordered take aways since we had a power outage. Our lights came on at about 8pm and no Steers. How disgusting is that for service, no call to update or to tell us that they won't deliver...
