Disgusting service by Steers Cosmo city

I have experienced the worst form of service from your Cosmo city restaurant, i have since placed an order at 6:55 till 8:45 still nothing no delivery no update on the order i called your call centre 6 times they keep on transferring me and no one is picking up on the other side. The reason why we place orders is for convince but this is appauling, they did this to me back in March claimed the driver had an accident. Do something about these people this is extremely unacceptable. I always order from Steers never get this sort of service except for when it's at Cosmo city.
