Disgusting service at Steers Tubatse Mall

Steers in Tubatse Crossing (Burgersfort) is the worst. I literally waited an hour for my order, only to find out my burgers have been sitting out for a long time and they were not calling us or serving us. If I hadn't gone and asked I don't how how much longer we would have waited while the burgers are sitting out in the open not being brought to us. We ate cold food, we literally ate cold food.

After we were done they still were not done with the ribs and chicken. When we asked how long they take, they said when it's busy they can't tell us, mind you we were already waiting for them for over an hour.

I was actually watching them make my chicken and ribs in front of me over an hour later. Like, what had they been doing, and they are not serving orders that they have finished doing, they are on plates in the open.

This steers is ruining the steers brand, it actually just needs to closed. That's not bad service, it's no service. I'm really not happy with this. I feel like I've thrown my money down the drain. I might as well have just eaten pap at home.
