Disgusting service at Steers

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Steers Mall of Africa. Despite there being only two customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonably long time to be served. I then had to wait even longer for my order, as I was told it was still being prepared.

When I eventually received my order, the food was freezing cold, the cheese had not even melted. To make matters worse, my order was provided without any condiments.

It is unacceptable that I paid R115 for a burger and chips and did not receive salt and sauce, which I paid for. Your staff need to be made aware that condiments are not complimentary; customers pay for them.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and disgusting
