Disgusting service and OLD FOOD

We were welcomed by an unpleasant, rude, not helpful waitress Confidence at Rowhill Service Station. Confidence, was full of herself and it was like she was doing us a favour by serving us. We are not only disappointed by her terrible and disgusting service but the FOOD WAS TERRIBLE TOO. The chips were made with OLD OIL, the Macon was burnt and dry, and my mothers burger was without cheese however we PAID FOR THE CHEESE AND IT IS IN OUR Recipt too.STEERS SOMETIMES HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS DISGUSTING AND TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE.
