Disgusting Service and Attitude!

On Saturday night at about 20h30 my husband and I went to Steers for a burger. We stood waiting for about 20 minutes in front of the till on the left, the lady then called a customer from the other till so we thought that till had a problem. She served him and then completely ignored us. Then the lady at the till to our right started serving customers that had just arrived there!! My husband asked what on earth was going on we were there first but we don't get served? She said that is where the queue is!!! I said they should tell people where to queue from as we stood like idiots for 20 minutes and her reply was \Sorry about that - next time!!". Well there definitely will not be a next time I was utterly disgusted so we left and went to Spur where we received exceptional and friendly service. Steers should train their staff how to deal with the public as they have no clue whatsoever!! You should also have a sign showing where to queue from!"""
