Disgusting service

I ordered a few burgers at around 5:00pm FROM THE MALVERN ENGEN STEERS , firstly my order arrived and hour and half later, COLD and one burger short. The driver just drove off before i can even check my order. I had to call numerous times to speak to the manager who said to give him 30 minutes and my order will be replaced. Its now an hour and a half since he promised to replace my order and we ate still waiting. The manager himself does not even know what is going on and the service is absolutely pathetic. Never again will i order from them
