Disgusting service

Appalling service from the Steers in Kwa Thema Square. Ordered 2 wacky wednesday’s with clear specifications of adding 2 slices of cheese, that they charged me for but with no cheese included in the burger (order number 62) I call the store to make a query regarding this, a lady by the name of “Michelle” then transferred me to her manager, her manager answers and then tells me “I am off work today sir please call them again and ask for the manager that is working” then she hung up on me. As a manager irrespective of being on site or not, to at least hear the issue then state her unavailability on site. Not dismiss a customer like a rat. She clearly has no interest or respect in her job whatsoever…
