disgusting service

I am very much disappointed and disgusted by the level of service one received from steers cosmo city mall, I placed an order for delivery at 15:06 and was accepted by the store as its the nearest to my work place, at 15:30 i got a call from *** the gentleman on the phone introduced himself as Thomson and asked me where i am located and i advised him that am i at the same delivery address next door to the crocodile farm and he advised that he knows the place and also asked for my location and i advised that unfortunately i don't have whatsapp and he said he is on his way and hung up.

I called back the store i spoke to Glenda who advised that my order is ready but is still in store i asked why she rep**** that the driver told her that i refused to furnish him with my location of which i told him that i don't have whatsapp, and asked to speak to him as he **** to me.

i am so disappointed as i was hungry and unfortunately the store failed me as a customer i should have ordered with the rest of my colleagues at pedros as they never lie and disappoint.
