disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted at the bad service we received from Steers at Grosvenor Crossing, Bryanston.

We are a local company based abour 2km from the Steers. We ordered 4 wacky wednesday's at 11:10am for delivery. We phoned 3 times regarding the delivery and our food only arrived at the office at 12:45pm. we then were unable to pay as the delivery person did not have change, and refused to allow us to swipe more than 1 card. Secondly, we were one wacky wednesday missing. We then gave him the cash and let him go back to the store for the change. He has only just arrived at 13:40pm with the last wacky wednesday special and the change.

This kind of service is absoultely unacceptable and has ruined our lunch experience and the convenience of delivery at the office.

We will NEVER use Steers at Grosvenor Crossing for anything again.

I expect Steers to respond to this complaint and I think it is disgusting that we even paid for our food, which ended up being soggy with cold chips in any case - there was actually no point in even carrying on with the order.

I am so disgruntled by this and Steers will no longer be a choice at our office for lunch.

Tamaryn
