Disgusting Service
The Shell Diner,which is essentially a Steers was relatively quiet. My husband and I ordered chips,we waited nearly half an before they even started with our order because you can see the chips station. Numerous people came and went with orders. When they finally started with our's',they dropped some of our chips,picked them up,no gloves and placed them back in the packet. We said we didn't want them anymore,they wouldn't refund us and were extremely unhelpful. Bad reflection on Steers! Very unhygienic!
