Disgusting service

I just went to the Steers in Woodmead Value Mart with my mom who is in a wheelchair but we couldn't park in the disabled parking because the steers delivery vehicles were parked there!! I then tried to speak to the lady behind the counter who had such a bad attitude!!! I stood in the line for over 20 minutes, the service was disgustingly slow and pathetic that I left without ordering!!! When I tried to speak to the manager he also didn't have much of a response!! They eventually moved the vehicles but the staff was so unfriendly and so unhelpful, I honestly don't think I'll ever go back to that steers. ********** service!!!
