Disgusting service
Im highly disgusted by the service received from Steers Smith&Broad street Durban branch today. I placed an order today at 10:40 for delivery at 14:00,I did this because I knew my day was hectic and would not be able to call in time, I did explain to the lady that took my order. She agreed it would be delivered at the requested time. At 14:05- 5 minutes late I called and a guy by the name of Ndumiso said the driver forgot my order and he garuanteed the driver would deliver at 14:20 as he had rushed to The Market. At 14:25 I called again and Ndumiso said they driver has not returned to pick up my order. 14:30 my lunch was over, I hadn't eaten as Steers in Broad had let me down!!!! No apologies, no nothing from your staff just plain incompetence.
It is rather best you remove the order& delivery option as it's useless.
