Disgusting service

I went to the steers at Boulders shopping centre yesturday at around 10:15and i received the most disgusting service.there were ladies at the front,1counting money at the counter and another 1 cleaning up.i waited for about 5 mins to place an order but no one assisted me they just continued with their own things!!!i eventually left and went to Nandos.I shared my experience with my colleagues and guess what,they have also experienced this disgusting service thus they dont go there anymore.
