Disgusting Service

My husband and I are pensioners and went into Steers Shelly Mall yesterday afternoon. We ordered two Cheese Boy Burgers (snack). My husband was not aware that the meal came with chips and ordered a medium chips and a drink. When we had to pay, I noticed that the amount was rather more than I expected. I asked the lady who was taking the orders how much meal she had given us, cost. She immediately snapped at me that we had ordered the Snack meal. I then realised that my husband had ordered the medium chips as well. I explained that as there were chips with the meal, we wanted to cancel the chips. She muttered something in her language and rolled her eyes at us. She was very rude and just about threw my change at me. As if this wasn't enough, she then went to a plastic container and was stacking the cones in there. No gloves and she had just handled money. I was really unhappy about this! In contrast, the lady who packed our food and handed it to us, was pleasant and friendly and the food was very tasty. Please, whoever has this Franchise employ someone who is more customer friendly, as this is the "face of your business"
