DISGUSTING SERVICE

I placed an order online, for delivery with Steers Tshwane Mall store. I waited an hour for the order, I called again and was told my order is ready they are waiting for a driver. Another hour later no delivery, I called again this was around 20h40. And this time I am told there is no delivery though I have an order number. Had I known delivery was not going to take place I would have made another plan, I have telephone recordings and screenshot of this event. This is disgusting service and if they do not want to service us they must just say so. I am very upset ant the treatment received, and will take this further.
