Disgusting food, don't care attitude & overpriced

If you don't have the item that the customer is ordering, you tell them! We ordered a Hero Steak Roll for my daughter in January sometime and I ordered the usual burger and chips. I think the worst thing was that when we got our order and saw that they had just given 2 little basic small burgers instead of the Hero Roll, the person working there said `we didn't have stock of those long Hero Rolls' - we should have just said that we are not accepting this but didn't want to make a fuss so left it but honestly the steak was tough and disgusting like somebody had stomped on it for a few hours or left it lying somewhere boiling for a few years... nothing can make up for the `no care' attitude put into their food and service. The lady serving us was friendly and sweet but when we were given our food it was a take it or leave it attitude. I would never recommend anybody eating at this place and having had a bad experience before, and deciding that perhaps they had improved after a year or 2, we re-tried them but they are worse than ever! Ugh!
