Disgusting food and service!!!

I've had the worst experience at Steers Maitland. Last night we ordered X2 Get Real Double meals and instead received 5 snack burgers. When I called in, I had to argue with the Manager Palesa who kept insisting that it's the right order. After me eventually sending videos and photos of what I got, we were assured that the correct order will be sent out. 2 hours later, I received another incorrect order and the condition of it was shocking. The chips were just thrown into the bag, were oily and cold, and the 4 snack burgers (they sent me again) looked terrible. When I tried calling back, they disconnected their line! At this point, my family was so hungry that they just age the burgers and the chips we ended up throwing away. Horrible food and Shocking service!!
