Disgusting food
<p>It is pathetic that I have spent over R70 for a steer burger that had a soggy slice to tomato, gherkin and a weird tasting patty covered in bbq sauce... (no lettice!) The service was also terrible as if the cashier is doing me a favour for spending my hard earned cash in this mediocre establishment. I support Steers a lot in joburg and was appalled at the type of service I received at Gateway in Durban. As a franchise I expect to get the same great service no matter where I am in SA.</p>
