Disgusting Experience at Steers Carlton Centre – Poor Service, Cold Food & Unsafe Environment

I would like to express my utter disappointment with the service and food I received from Steers Carlton Centre.

Upon my arrival, there was a mentally disturbed individual inside the store causing a public disturbance—dancing, pacing around, and behaving erratically. Shockingly, the staff did not call security to remove him. Instead, they seemed amused and completely unbothered, which created a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment for customers.

I then attempted to place my order, but the staff did not acknowledge me. I had to wave and verbally greet them just to get their attention. When I finally spoke to a female staff member and inquired why she had no change, she sarcastically rep****, “Do you see anyone?”—a completely unprofessional and disrespectful response. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and showed no regard for basic customer service.

After completing the purchase, I left and later discovered that the burger I had bought was stone cold, and the rolls were stale and crumbling—clearly pre-made and refrigerated. This is not only unacceptable but a potential health hazard.

This experience was appalling from start to finish. I expect a response from Steers management on how they plan to address this incident. A reputable brand like Steers should uphold higher standards in both food quality and customer service.
