Disgusting and offense service

At 18:50pm, I went to go buy cheesy fried ships at Steers in Park station joburg. When I entered the store, I greeted them and asked to order the cheesy chips. The griller that was laying on the counter asked me as to why am I buy fried chips, can I not see how fat I already am. I was so offended and told him that you should be encouraging me to buy not discouraging with a personal attack. The manager approached to apologize but I did not expect such disturbing customer service. I will never buy from that store again if that is how they build their rapport with customers by offending them. I asked for my money back and walked away. I was so shocked and dissapointed. That store should not operate if that's how much customers are disregarded there.
