Disgusting act of steers staff

I had the most awful experience at Steers in Phoenix metro plaza last night. I purchased 2 beef burgers and when i got home there was bacon in both burgers so i went back to the store and explained to her that it is against my religious beliefs to consume pork. She complained amongst her colleagues but agreed to change the burger as it was untouched and i initially told her that i cannot eat pork as it against my religious beliefs. Upon waiting for my new set of burgers to be made, i noticed that the lady at the back had simply removed the bacon & had given us the same burger. I was totally disgusted and angry at this stupidity after i clearly stated it was against my religious beliefs to consume pork. The manager Richard then stepped in and said he will make the burger on his own and so he did. We were then refunded R20 and just given burgers yet we were charged for meals. I even stated to the manager that service here is so bad and workers dont even use gloves as i had seen the lady making my burger touching everything without a pair of gloves on. Firstly they almost violated my religious rights then ****** me by just giving me 2 undercooked burgers when i was actually charged for meals. I have all of my receipts to prove this. The workers there were full of attitude and instead of apologizing they just kept on mumbling as if they had given me burgers for free. I am utterly disgusted at the service received from Steers and i will warn other people on social media about this terrible experience of mine.
