Can't get any joy so putting this on the south african site.

I have waited over 1 1/2 hrs for a food order placed at 5:45pm. Not rush hour, not Friday night 7pm....

Steers, Sebele, Gaborone, Botswana your service is DISGUSTING.

I have phoned your call centre twice and still nothing has arrived.

You have no plan and I will boycott ALL Famous Brands outlets and tell everyone that I know the same.

How can you take a consumers money and operate like this is beyond me. SHAME ON YOU!!
