DISGUSTING

Absolutely disgusting service from Steers Watergate in Mitchells Plain. Bought a cheeseburger and everything was fine. Wasn't quite full and the second one had a notably smaller patty.

I brought this to the attention of the cashiers and was told it was the correct size. Luckily my girlfriend hadn't eaten hers so I fetched her one for a comparison so the person in charge could do something about it. They still said the burgers are a different size even though the price is the same. What happened to quality control?

Reluctantly, they finally agreed to give me a replacement. My order was not expedited, there was no apology. This is so disgusting!!
