Disgusting ...2 hours later no food arrives

I placed an order for Cheeseburger combos at 18.44pm on Sunday night. The lady that took my order confirmed my number and details and gave the total saying she would send the driver with a speedpoint. I called at 20.15 to follow up and someone else answered the phone saying my order hadn't been placed. I had 2 kids aged 6 and 2 that had eaten dinner by this time. I think its diusgusting!!!
