<p>on Wednesday the 15 I bought food at steers mitchells plain promenade and had to wait a full hour while staff were shouting at each other one lady making burgers and you have like over 50 ppl waiting for food and to top it off it was "wacky Wednesday " it's not the first time I encounter these type of behavior at this branch the staff make as if they doing you a favour by serving you serious management intervention needs to take place the burger looked as if it was just thrown together no pride whatsoever I mean we as consumers pay for this food staff from kitchen screaming at the ladies at the tills poor guy at the front erefaan had to help out wherever PLEASE steers promenade get your house in order this is unacceptable I've never ever had this type of service anywhere else #disgusted </p>
