DISGUSTED WITH STEERS' SERVICE

On 8 December 2020 I placed an order at Steers situated in Croydon for home delivery. I was informed that it would take 30 minutes. After more than 2 hours and phone calls trying to find out what's happening the Supervisor told me with attitude that I must wait for 10 more minutes and I am not the only customer. This was the 4th consecutive time where my order was either incorrect on delivery and I had to wait even longer for them to come back with the right order or where they were extremely late and delivered cold food. Best of all as customer I am expected to pay for the cold, unappetizing food and poor service. In future I will definitely not support this local Steers.
