Disgusted with STEERS

I am so upset that the people do not wear gloves to prepare my food and the shop is hot they are sweating and dripping sweat on my food. They are displaying signs in the shop that they do not need gloves to handle my food, BUT KEEP SOSIAL DISTANSING AND WEAR A MASK. I have lodge a complain an they said they will contact me in 48 hrs. I stay in South Africa . It will never happen . I know i have to take the next step and go to rhe ombutsman.Like always in South Africa. 48hrs from now. The clock is ticking.
