Disgusted, unsanitary and rude!

What a horrible experience , Rude staff, attitude, unsanitary and completely useless. Firstly we get greeted with the worst attitude ever! try and order but the staff rolls her eyes and gives us attitude when I pay she snatches the money out my hand half drops my change almost missing my hand and snatching and basically throwing the slip into my hand. When it comes to getting our very hard order of 3 ice creams she uses her hand to handle the cleaning and a dirty spatula! She then proceeds to use her bare hands to handle the cones, sticks her finger in one(no gloves) then only after dealing with her hands uses a serviette " For sanitary reasons" after I complain she gives even more attitude I then ask to get my back and she blatantly ignores me and continues with the ice cream after moaning again she ignores for the third time and continues again. She then proceeds to forget about us and carry on with other orders still no gloves. I then spoke to the manager who did not know how to speak properly in the situation or handle it correctly and proceeded to laugh at us before slouching to get our refund. Upon getting our refund we noticed a few spider webs in the food handling station before it gets packs and saw some chips get a extra touch of spider webs as it passed though to the unknowing custome. After the whole ordeal she took her one globe off which she put on while ignoring us and continued to serve food!!! Thank you Colombine square Steers for your shocking service!
