Disgusted Customer

Ordered online from Steers at 1**** the Order was only delivered at 19h50. Very Cold No extra sauce as requested. Called the branch and I was told the manager will call back. It's 24hours already and he hasn't.

This is completely unacceptable. Had to still pay full price, the driver didn't even show empathy I felt that I was not acknowledged.

Please do something about it or I might just consider escalating it further.
