Disgusted by Food Preparation

Going to Steers Wilgeheuwel's drive thru. I ordered a meal and at the collection window I watched the lady prepare my meal.

First she dropped the piece of meat on the floor and looked up like a dear caught in headlights and afterwards put it into a container of sorts. I did not see what she did with the container afterwards as the other lady obstructed my view. This only caused me to pay more attention.

I then noticed her slap the a slice of cheese onto my burger using only her hands. No gloves, no utensils just her hands.

I asked them where the gloves are and they said head office has a policy of no gloves. And the hands should be sanitized. But surely there is a thing as utensils. In disgust I told them they are welcome to keep their food and left.
