Disgusted

I wish to bring to your attention the disgusting service i have just received from Steers Lambton Gardens, i lodged a complaint this morning regarding missing items when we purchased x2 large chips and x1 coke and got back to the office and noticed there was no coke in the packet, after calling steers customer care and lodging complaint a very very rude disgusting lady called this afternoon and rudely told me why did i lodge a complaint why didnt i not call the branch, also very rudely states to me that the lady came running after me trying to flag me down well when i stopped at the robot why didnt she come there then because the manager is also telling lies to her customers. I will be now taking this further who the hell does she think she is talking to customers like that
