Disgusted - 3 Hours to Delivery
I am highly disappointed with the service from Steers. I Placed an order for 6 Wacky Wednesdays at 11h45 & have not received the order, its now 14h45. I tried calling several times & was unable to get through. The staff at our company are disgusted with the poor service. Nobody from our company will order from this branch again. We spoke to the Manager, and said that they are busy, and only have 2 drivers. We asked as to why Steers did not advise us that it would take 3 hours to deliver. Yvonne responded by saying that even if it takes 6 hours to deliver; then it is acceptable. How does Steers employ people of this calibre? Attitude from your managers like Yvonne, is what tarnishes your brand.
