Disgruntled customer

Even 1 star is not good enough. I ordered pizza in December from debonairs ormonde. Asked for no BBQ but was sent pizza with BBQ. Could not get hold of them so had to give it away as we could not eat it. Last night ordered steers. Asked for crispy chips. Potatoes was still raw n chicken tasted horrible. Was reimbursed after telling them they can deduct R20 for what I've eaten. The owners don't oversee their staff n leave it to managers who are not interested. Special requests should be overseen before dispatch. We spend our hard sweat money on their overpriced meals (yes we not forced to) but they should give us value for our money. Does not make sense that u only get good food when u sit in.
