discriminating treatment

i placed an order on the phone(01-09-18) at steers oudtshoorn.after more than an hour without getting my order i called them to find out what is the delay,then my call was refered to the manager who told me that my order will not be delivered because i stay in the location(informal settlement) not in town.i tried to tell them that am not stayin in the location,but the manager kept on insisting that i stay in the location and that they dont deliver at the location after 18h00.which i was informed when i placed my order.i feel they where unprofessional and i was discriminated because i was told i dont stay in town,and i also feel this have something to do with my race and the fact that i didnt speak Afrikaans.the treatment of this people is having double standards.i will never buy at this restaurant
