Disappointment

I recently visit to Steers in Bronkhorstspruit. I went to collect my order and faced an unpleasant experience at the counter. I waited for over 10 minutes without being assisted. The lady at the till seemed to ignore me completely, and even when I reached out to the staff member who was packing orders, she merely glanced at me and continued with her task. I noticed that the lady at the till passed by me three times without offering assistance, which left me feeling quite frustrated and invisible. Eventually, I had to ask if anyone was going to assist me, which should not have been necessary.

I believe that customer service is crucial for maintaining a positive experience, and I hope my feedback will help improve the situation for future customers.
