Disappointing Service - Steers Mall @55

I ordered and paid for three cheeseburgers on Sunday 31 May at Steers Mall @55 . Only to discover upon opening the food that the burgers were missing key ingredients, the cheese and the gherkins/pickles. I find this unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers have the right to receive exactly what they paid for. Providing incomplete products while charging full price amounts to delivering less than what was purchased, which is both disappointing and unfair. It also reflects lack of quality control and attention to customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I should not have to inspect my order to ensure that the basic ingredients are present. I therefore request a full refund for the three cheeseburgers purchased. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly and that the appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
