Disappointing service

Steers, Three Rivers, Vereeniging. We tried to order online. It resulted in us calling the restuarant and hearing that the vouchers on their mobile app does not work at all. We decided to still order Steers. The lady repeated our order and it was 100% correct. We recieved our order and the order on the slip is 100% correct. We ordered a double pork rack and ended up with a few loose pieces of ribs. We order a King steer meal and ended up with just the burger. It is very disappointing to pay for a full order and not recieving the correct order and to use a mobile app that does not work correctly.
