Disappointing service at STEERS BLUFF

Steers Bluff delivery service disappointed me so much, I placed the order at at 17:35 and my order was only delivered at 19:48 when I had given up(2hours later). I tried calling their landline to follow up about 5 times and they kept on hanging up on me. My order number was ***7 and it came made in an unsatisfactory way, the Ribs were burnt, the chips were also burnt, stale and cold. If Steers Bluff had too many orders then they should consider having a cut off time for excepting orders instead of misleading us and saying we will recieve our order within 40minutes when they know very well that they are drowning in orders. This is very disappointing because was not the first incident that I’ve experienced with this branch.
