Disappointing service at steers beacon bay
<p>So disappointed with steers in Beacon Bay's service. Went to get 2 milkshakes and waited for half an hour! Understanding that it is waky Wednesday but after waiting for 20 minutes we asked how much longer, the lady went and attempted to make it but didn't know how to make milkshake and use the machine, she then had to wait to ask the other lady for help. We then only left 10 minutes later. The service was utterly disappointing and the milkshakes weren't of the best standard either.</p>
