Disappointing Service at Steers

I ordered an original cheese burger from the store in Newcastle CBD (Total Garage) and swapped for a veggie patty. The CHEESE burger had no cheese, no 1000 Island Sauce and no gerkins. If I were to order each of these as an extra, there would be an additional cost for each item. I doubt I am going to get a refund of the same monetary value for the store neglecting to put them in the burger I paid for. Customer Service was underwhelming. I was told the store may or may not contact me in the next 48hours to apologise
