Disappointing Service

I Have never been disgusted by the service that i received from Steers Ghandi square, no respect at all. First of all we had to wait more than an hour for the food to only get chips that look dry and that they have been in oil for a long time. Then on top of that we ordered 4 cold drinks 1 coca cola, 2 stoney and 1 Granadilla twist to only get 4 coca cola that are hot. The delivery man even had the audacity to tell me that he won't come back because he is going to booysen, only after i advised that i won't pay for them he then said he will come back after.

In the meantime you need to understand we are hungry it's already after half 2. We had to call the contact center to advise of what transpired, the first time they transferred us the call went to voicemail, then the second time they dropped the line (time wasted on us from eating). We had to contact them again to get through and advise of what transpired. Two of the cold drink were open because we were already eating and thirsty. Then 3 Fanta orange came through and still hot if i may say so.... Then some lady from the branch called us with an attitude and all she cared about was those hot coca cola cold drinks kept on saying she wants them back even if they are opened. The driver came to fetch them and then the same lady still had the audacity to contact me and ask me why i opened them after i told her that they are already opened she then dropped the call.

I am at the call center and time was wasted from me as i had to be off calls to keep on going downstairs to get stuff and had to ask my colleagues to also go to them. Am utterly disappointed at the customer service that i got. I am demanding compensation and an apology from that woman at the Steers Ghandi square because even if am wrong nor right that is no way to speak to a customer.
