Disappointing customer service

Had the worst experience at Steers Comlumbine square last night. I arrived to a lot of patrons waiting and I figured, it's the name of the game. You have to a little patient if you've placed an order, however what we went through was appalling. We ordered at 19:01 and only got my order at 19:40. There were patrons before me who ordered at 18:30, 18:45 and they were still waiting until they started complaining and demanded refunds. It's seems as though the UberEats orders were being prioritised more and the person responsible of giving us our orders was taking his own time, very rude and nonchalant if I may add. Many burgers and chips were just sitting there waiting to be put into bags but not being given to customers. The only reason why I got my order it's because I complained and the lady at the till asked me what I order, and swiftly gave me a King Steer that was sitting there. Not sure if the demand was high or they were short staffed but orders were not moving, only UberEats ones were going out.
