Disappointing and unacceptable
Shockingly bad service on the Steers App. I made an order at 9:15 for delivery for a work meeting starting at 10. It is currently 10:53 and I've called 3 times without any feedback or any food delivered. Never in my life have I needed to wait nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered.

It is now 2 hours and 30 minutes afte I've placed my order. 10 calls later and I have yet to get feedback on whether I will get ANY food or a refund. I need to keep calling as I never get a call back as promised. Still apparently we are waiting for the driver. I am beyond shocked at this pathetic service.
