Disappointed with tiny size if patties

The most disappointing experience ever. I placed and online order for 2 x King Steer burgers, 2 normal burger and a rack of ribs for supper. Upon opening the boxed the food was so u appetizing. The bigger parties were half the size of the bun and as flat as flat bread. The King Steer was actually worse than the normal burger. Definitely a disappointment for a hungry family ... A wasted R380 as the burgers didn't full anyone and had to spend another R300 buying additional food.

Totally disappointed... Tried calling the store and the automated response was that they couldn't take the call.
