Disappointed service from Steers Philip Nel

I would like to lodge an official complaint with regards to the Steers at Philip Nel in Pretoria.

I ordered at 12:08 and upon calling and struggling to get ahold of Steers customer care I then tried again to call the steers in Philip Nel and I spoke to the store manager.

upon receiving my order, the burgers were cold and as soon as we opened one of the boxes a fly flew out of the box.

We usually order Wacky Wednesday here at work and I must say that the service when it comes to deliveries is VERY poor.

I am writing this review because I think that the steers there needs some serious work, either on training or hiring more staff or a proper quality control process when it comes to deliveries.

I think that they have a fly problem as this is a clear indication that they do not have proper measures to keep the flies out of our food.

The lack of care towards their customers is terrible especially to return customers like me and the staff at Penbro.

I am very disappointed and would really hope that this gets resolved before we can place the order again at Philip Nel Steers.
