Disappointed consumer with steers

I was in steers durban west street on 30th december 2019 16:21 to buy my favourite dagwood burger to my surprise they said they don't sell it, i was so confused why would they not sell dagwood because its part of the steees burgers. And steers as a brand/franchise don't they offer same food and same services to comsumers everywhere. I was very dissapointed as a consumer because for years and years my dagwood has always been my favourite and for the first time being told that in this beanch we dont sell dagwood burger.
