Disappointed at quality at a well know and loved franchise

Hi, I'm from pmb, the 1 halaal restaurant I missed having in pmb was a steers, there was 1 that was in raisetorpe but unfortunately closed down years ago, so after hearing that 1 opened up we we over joyed, you can't beat the steers chips. So today for a early supper I decided to treat the family to steers, I ordered through Mrd, so we ordered the Macon and cheese combo and changed 1 of the burgers to a veggie burger, and we ordered the Macon and pineapple combo. Food came, first problem on the veggie burger they put macon😂so my mum in law who was fasting today couldn't have her meal, our burgers the Macon was dry buns was stale, but the worst thing of all was the chips, that was never the crispy steers chips that we grow up loving, these chips were more of the ones you would buy from a sparzar shop and for the price that was paid the quality of food was horrible. So my question is this being part of a franchise this store was surposed to be checked on to see if the food is being served to the franchise standards. Me coming from being a manager at a franchise (not going to mention the name)knows the visits that surposed to happen, quality checks etc. So steers is this going to be rectified before the store loses customers because of poor quality of food and ends up shutting down.
