Disappointed

My colleague and I (Northcliff Primary School staff) ordered from Steers El Corro in Northcliff. I ordered a Chicken Cheeseboy meal and she ordered a double Cheeseboy meal. We received chips that are not fresh, they were cold and burnt. They tasted horrible. The burger roll was dry and also not fresh. It is totally unacceptable that you order food and you don't get your moneys' worth. It was extremely disappointing to see such a "I don't care attitude" towards paying customers.
