Disappointed

Highly disappointed by the service I have received today. Placed an online order as my dad wanted steers. Placed the order at 18.44pm. It's 20.52 and still no order. Called Steers over 6 times and no one has bothered to help. One lady named Caroline said she will call the store and call me back. Never did. The most embarrassing part for me was having to order for my dad andied be made a fool. I am done with Steers. Pathetic.
